Let first learn about PDF:
PDF is abbreviation of Portable Document Format. It is a file format developed by Adobe in 1993 to present documents, including text formatting and images, in a manner independent of application software, hardware, and operating systems.
Based on the PostScript language, each PDF file encapsulates a complete description of a fixed-layout flat document, including the text, fonts, vector graphics, raster images and other information needed to display it. PDF was standardized as ISO 32000 in 2008, and no longer requires any royalties for its implementation.
Well there are many PDF editors in the market which can be used for editing the documents. In this trick we will be using one of such PDF editor called Xodo PDF Reader & Editor for Windows PC (you can download it from the official website and installed it on your computer).
For this Trick you will need the following:
1. A Windows computer
2. Xodo PDF Reader & Editor
Follow this steps to Edit PDF File:
Step 1:
Open Xodo PDF Reader in your PC
Step 2:
Use Browse button with the folder icon to open the file you want to edit.
Step 3:
Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the app window to enter the editing mode.
Step 4:
There are many options you can use them as per your requirements.
Note:
a. Special feature in this software includes sticker button to add symbols imbedded with notes
b. You can also highlight test, insert image and shapes around a bit of text
c. You can even add a signature if required. You will need to add your initials in freehand with your mouse or laptop touchpad.
Step 5:
Click the cross symbols in the top left corner when you have done the editing.
Step 6:
Now you can click the smaller floppy disk icon in the top left corner to “save as” so you will always have the original PDF in un-edited form.
